Our People /

Nick Lindwall

Managing Director

Nick founded Sterling Work as a marketing communications agency six years ago. Since then he has driven the significant growth and development of the business, putting together a highly capable and experienced team and establishing a strong base of clients across Wales and the UK. Nick is responsible for the day to day running of the company, client relations and new business development.

Sue Ellis

Account Manager

Sue is responsible for managing several of our client accounts, as well as keeping office administration in check. Her organisational skills and experience in client care mean she is well equipped to orchestrate any of our varied projects.

Rob Edwards

Senior Graphic Designer

Rob joined Sterling Work two years ago with a first class degree in graphic design from the University of Wales, Newport. He has played a key part in developing our design for print and identity design capability and is responsible for leading all design projects undertaken by Sterling Work.

Hannah Minney

Graphic Designer

Hannah is the most recent addition to our team and joins us from the Welsh Assembly Government where she worked as a senior designer. In 2002 she graduated from Glamorgan University with a first class degree in Visual Communications. She is responsible for working on identity, print and web design projects.

Rob Tuley

Web Developer

Rob joined us in January 2008. He is responsible both for the production of client sites and the continued development of our CMS system. Rob is a Zend Certified PHP 5 Engineer, and a part-time lecturer on open source web technologies at Birbeck University.
